We ship from Byron Bay, Australia. All orders are custom-packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Orders placed prior to 11am will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and NSW public holidays). Please note slight shipping delays may occur during peak promotional and sale periods.

International Customers - Please check your local tax and duty rates as they may be charged separately prior to delivery. An $80AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund if duties are refused and goods returned to us.

Canada Shipping Update: Due to union striking in Canada, Australia Post have stopped all shipments in and out. All orders to Canada will be shipped to DHL Express.
