By placing an order at Nina Gordon, you accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Nina Gordon for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Nina Gordon as responsible for the personal information.
  • Events outside Nina Gordon's control shall be considered force majeure.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.
  • Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
  • Please note that local charges may occur.
  • Nina Gordon reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
  • International Customers. We are an Australian business, and all purchases are subject to Australian law. While we do ship internationally, we are not bound by consumer protection laws outside of Australia.

Free gift* promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, or promotion. Gifts and offers are subject to change at any time & only available while stocks last.

Discount and promotional codes must be applied during order checkout. These can not be refunded or applied afterwards.

Price Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your order, we’ll refund the difference as store credit to use on your next purchase. Cash refunds are not offered for price adjustments.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of your original purchase.
  • Store credit equals the difference between the amount you paid (after any discounts) and the sale price.
  • Credit can be used anytime on your next purchase (see store credit terms).
  • Does not apply to clearance, final sale, or special promotion items.
  • Afterpay Purchases: Items purchased with Afterpay are considered final sale and are not eligible for price adjustments or store credit due to merchant fees associated with this payment method.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalogue to you. The information you provide is only available to Nina Gordon and will not be shared with other third parties. You always have the right to request Nina Gordon to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Nina Gordon Conditions, you agree to the above.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the
checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to
Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment
methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data

Force Majeure

Events outside Nina Gordon's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Nina Gordon is released from obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. For example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. 

 

Payment

All products remain Nina Gordon's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. 

All transfers conducted through Nina Gordon are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

Taxes & Duties

Tax included and shipping calculated at checkout for AU Orders.

International customers - please check your local tax and duty rates as they may be charged separately prior to delivery - a $80AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund if duties are refused and goods returned to us.
