The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns when duties are refused.

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Nina Gordon is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. If duties are refused and goods are returned to us a $80AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 11am AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST—Monday to Friday.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays in the dispatch of your order.

Our team starts processing orders immediately after they are placed or early the next day. 

We cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment.

If you have an urgent request contact our team straight away and we’ll try and assist with any change. Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any amendments.

Each item is packaged in a canvas pouch and placed in a branded Nina Gordon gift bag.

Your parcel is shipped in an unbranded craft box with no reference to jewellery.

Orders may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below.

Sale items & earrings are not eligible for return. See our returns page for more details.

Afterpay or Laybuy purchases are not eligible for a refund due to merchant fees. Eligible Items can be returned for a store credit only.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs & tracking must be submitted within 48 hours. We may refuse late returns which will be returned to you at your own cost.

All returns are charged a $10 restocking and handling fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Please Email Us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request someone from our customer service team can help you.

Unfortunately no, we are unable to facilitate pick up requests.

To reduce our impact on the environment and importantly the cost of your shipping, all items will be dispatched in one order. If you would prefer a split shipment, our customer service team is available to help.

Our jewellery has a 6-month warranty from the date purchased that covers manufacturing defects and faults. This does not cover general wear and tear, modifications or engraving & damages to your jewellery.
